阅读量和新闻能力存在正比关系,许多新闻业者新闻能力不强,尤其是一些非新闻专业毕业的大学生（＂准新闻业者＂）在新闻工作从业实践中难以适应,原因是其阅读量不够,这与其多年来所受教育的内容、知识结构、社会影响等多种因素有必然的关系。正确认识＂准新闻业者＂法定学历和新闻能力不相称的真正原因,采取相应举措,增强阅读能力,扩大知识面以及改革现有的教育方式,以法治教。
