| 摘 要： | 中国是一个农业大国,全国有九亿多人生活在农村。"农业、农村和农民问题,始终是一个关系我们党和国家全局的根本性问题。"(江泽民《在中央农村工作会议上的讲话》)而农业问题、农村问题的实质是农民问题,农民问题的核心又是农村剩余劳动力问题。因此本文对农村剩余劳动力转移问题从理论上进行探讨和总结。

| Abstract: | China is an agricultral country,which has about 0.9 billion population living in rural area.Problems of agriculture,rural areas and peasants are foundmental issues wich have an important bearing on the whole of the Communist Party of China and the State.However,the kernel of agricultural and rural problems the is problems of peasant.Furthermore,rural surplus labor is the kernel of the problems of peasant.The article researches the theory of rural surplus labor transfer. |
