我国房地产业健康发展的对策

摘    要:眼下我国房地产业发展中存在房地产投资过快、房价涨幅过大、空置率过高、土地供应结构不合理等诸多问题,并已成为影响房地产业健康发展的关键因素。文章借政府宏观调控机会,从规范地方政府行为、增加信息透明度、制定土地计划、取消预售房制度、适时开征物业税5个方面提出我国房地产健康发展的对策。

Abstract:There are many problems in real estate industry development of China that have become the key to affect the healthy development of real estate industry,such as the excessively quick investment,the oversized house-price,the high vacancy rate,the unreasonable land supply structure and so on.Taking advantage of this macroeconomic regulation and control,the author proposes the corresponding countermeasures from five aspects,for examples,standardizing behavior local authority of,increasing information transparency,making land plan,canceling the pre-selling houses system and at the right moment levying the property tax.
