论企业的核心竞争力

摘    要:企业核心竞争力的内涵,即是让消费者得到真正好干的,竞争对手不可替代的价值、产品、服务和文化。其中创新是核心竞争力的灵魂,主导产品(服务)是核心竞争力的本质。作者从核心竞争力有两个相互补充的来源、运用波特的价值链分析法来确定企业的核心竞争力、如何形成企业的核心竞争能力、在可持续发展中保持企业核心竞争力长盛不衰四个方面论述了如何造就与强化企业的核心竞争力。

Abstract:The article points out the connotation of the core competition of the enterprise.that is,Let the consumers get unreplaced Value.Products,Service and culture Which are really better than the competitor,of uhich innovation is the Soul of the core competition,leading products is the essence of the core competition,leading products is the essence of the core competition.The Writer discusses how to cultivate and strengthen the core competition of the enterprise from four fields that two Complementary Sources of the core competition,one , the core competition of the enterprise with using Doter's Value Chain Andlysis method, how to form the core competition ability of the enterprise and how to keep the core competition for long.
