| 摘 要： | 《管子》的主导思想虽然是道家黄老学派,但其中的儒家思想也是十分突出的。儒家的民本思想、仁义德政学说、尊贤授德等思想皆在《管子》中有丰富的表现,但《管子》的儒学思想也具有自身的特点。
