论科学家的伦理责任

科学家的伦理责任主要是指科学家从造福人类这一科学的最高目标出发对科学的社会后果予以关注。在实际的社会生活中，存在着一些科学家伦理责任缺失的现象，归纳起来，不外乎两类:第一，对科技成果弄虚作假；第二，误用或滥用科技成果。科学家伦理责任的落实主要可以通过如下途径:一方面，科学家本人主动承担科学研究的伦理责任；另一方面，来自于社会政治、法律、伦理道德等各种社会规范对于科学家伦理责任的现实约束。这两方面都有着具体的实施措施。 

The Ethical Responsibility of Scientists

The ethical responsibility of scientists is that the scientists should pay more attention to the social results of science,with bringing benefits to the human being as the supreme aim.In the social life,there are some phenomena about lacking ethical responsibility.For example,employing trickery for the scientific results,misusing or abusing the scientific results.There are two channels to implementing the ethical responsibility of scientists.One is that the scientists ubdertake the ethical responsibility actively,and the other is the practical restraining from the rules of politics,law and ethics.Both of them have practical ways.
