南京国民政府时期的高等教育述评

国民党统治区的高等教育,由于广大教育工作者和爱国师生的努力,克服了战争的干扰和破坏,在缓慢的发展着。同时,由于国民党采取了一系列发展高等教育的措施,从而在一定程度上保证了专业教学的质量,在培养具有专门技能的人才方面起了积极作用。但同时也不可避免的暴露了一些问题。

Review of Higher Education during Nanjing National Government Period

Higher education was developing slowly,owing to the efforts of extensive teaching staffs and patriotic teachers and students overcoming the interference and destruction of war under Kuomintang domination. At the same time,kumintang had taken a series of measures to develop the higher education,guaranteeing the quality of expert teaching to some extent,which had played an important role in fostering the person with expert skills,but the higher education also had certain abuse.
