| 摘 要： | 我国高校体育教学仍然存在着重技术和身体素质练习、轻科学健身能力培养的问题。从教学内容到课程置以及成绩的评定，对体育教育进行全面改革，在体育教学过程中切实将增进学生的身心健康放在首位，才能适应素质教育的要求。
