民族地区法制监督的理性思考

健全民族地区的法律监督体系是我国民族地区法制建设的重要内容。通过监督,实现法治社会,促进经济发展。在我国现有的法律体系中,由于种种原因,使法律监督作用在立法和社会实践中没有得到充分体现和重视,民族地区法制监督体系尤为滞后。本文通过从党的监督,立法机关监督,司法机关监督,社会团体、新闻媒体监督等方面入手,阐明完善民族地区的法律监督体系,从而保持法律监督体系与法律体系和民族地区经济的同步、协调可持续发展。

SOME RATIONAL CONSIDERATION OVER LEGAL SUPERVISION SYSTEM IN MINORITY AREAS

It is an important constituent of the legal construction in minority areas of China to improve the legal supervision system. The practice of legal supervision favors the realization of a society governed by law and the development of economy. For various reasons, the role of legal supervision has not been fully realized and it has received no due attention in legislation and social practice in China. Starting from legal supervision by the Party organizations, by the legislature, by the judicial department, by the mass organizations and by the media, this paper expounds that improving legal supervision in the minority areas will be beneficial to the synchronized, coordinated and sustainable development of the areas.
