| 摘 要： | 分子印迹技术又称分子烙印,是结合高分子化学、生物化学等学科发展起来的一门边缘学科,是合成对模板分子具有特定识别能力的聚合物的技术。介绍了分子印迹技术的基本原理、基本方法和柱色谱分离研究中取得的成果,并展望了分子印迹技术的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Molecular imprinting is a borderline subject developed from polymer chemistry and biochemistry.Molecular imprinting technique is to generate imprinted polymers with special recognition to templates.In this paper the essential theories,methods,achievements in chromatography separation are reviewed.The trend of molecular imprinting technique is discussed. |
