| 摘 要： | 现代教育技术作为新型的教育方法、教育手段,已经在我国学校广泛使用,它比传统的教学方法和手段具有更多的优势。如何才能有效地应用现代教育技术?作为现代教育技术的利用者——教师,应具备与现代教育技术相适应的信息素质、现代教育技术要求教师应当具有以下几方面的信息素质:第一,信息意识与信息道德素质,第二,信息知识素质,第三,信息处理素质。

| Abstract: | Being a new educational method and means, modern educational technology has been utilized in China's schools. It has many advantages than the traditional teaching. Modern educational technology should be made good use of. As the user of modern educational technology, teacher should possess relative information quality which should be in accordance with the modern educational technology. Modern educational technology requires that teachers have information quality of the following aspects. The first is information consciousness and information moral quality. The second is information knowledge quality. And the last is information processing quality. |
