| 摘 要： | 谈心对于师生之间沟通思想、交换意见、交流信息、解决矛盾、融洽感情、增强信赖有着非常重要的作用。有效的谈心,就象一把金钥匙,一下子就能打开学生心头的锁,能使学生如临春风、如沐春雨。在有准备的谈心下要适当运用谈心技巧.达到预期效果后应及时注意总结,有助于班主任下一阶段的工作进展,同时更是班主任提升自我管理艺术的宝贵财富。

| Abstract: | Abstract :Heart-to-heart talk helps exchange thoughts,idea,information,solve contradiction,harmonize relationship and enhance trust between teachers and students.The effective heart-to-heart talk can unfold students' heart like a Key.The teachers should employ proper skills in heart-to-heart talk and sum up successful cases,which is helpful for head-teachers' future work and self control. |
