The GCC is more successful in dealing with the challenge of globalization. The foundation of the Customs Union of GCC has brought many benefits to this region; the Single Currency in agenda may also be hopeful. But the internal conflicts and limitations existing in the framework of the region's economy prevent the cooperation between these countries from further development. Urgent and comprehensive reforms are needed so that more success can be achieved in the long run.
