| 摘 要： | 针对废旧电子产品污染环境问题,采用实证的方法,分析了电子产品的污染状况和影响因素,提出要营造投资环境,引进产业链高端技术,建立激励机制,引导企业减少污染等措施。研究结果对电子信息产业的竞争力提升有指导作用。

| Abstract: | In view of the environmental pollution caused by the useless and old electronic products,with the example-study-method,the paper analyzes pollution situation and influential factors of electronic products and puts forword the following measures：creating investment surroundings,importing high-technology of industrial links,putting up encouragement system,guiding the enterprises to decrease pollution.The study will provide a guide to promote the competitiveness of electronic information industry. |
