| 摘 要： | 内幕交易历来被各国法律所禁止 ,然而该行为仍然存在。首先介绍了内幕交易法律规制的历史沿革 ,进而指出内幕交易法律规制的不足 ,最后对内幕交易法律完善提出立法建议。

| Abstract: | Inside trading has been forbidden by laws in most countries,however,it is still there.In the thesis,the author introduces the history and developing tendency of the rule on inside trading.Still the author tries to analyze the demerit of law in China.At last,she puts forward some suggestions on amending laws. |
