陈淳的《北溪字义》

作为义理之学的朱子学,陈淳对朱子学的重要概念范畴的理解和疏释,以及其理论思维体系的诠释作出了独特的贡献。陈淳不仅详尽地记录了他与朱熹答问、其他学友与朱熹答问等600余条,忠实呈现了朱熹的思想,而且在探索、研究朱熹哲学理论思维体系中,撰写了《北溪字义》,为人们理解朱熹哲学理论思维起到教科书的作用,也为传播朱子学提供了易简的、入门的著作。

Chen Chun's "Pei-hsi-tzu-i"

Chen Chun had made great contribution to the understanding and explanation of some significant conceptual categories of Zhuism,which is known as the Theory of YiLi(Universal Truth),and the annotation of Thinking system of Zhuism.Chen Chun not only exhaustively recorded questions and answers between Chu Hsi and him or between Chu Hsi and Chen Chun's other classmates,which are all together 600 items,Showing Chu Hsi'concepts faithfully,but also composed"Pei-hsi-tzu-i",when he explored and studied the thinking system of Chu Hsi'philosophy theory.It has the function of textbook,which is convenient to understand the philosophy theory of Chu Hsi.It also provides the simple and rudimental composition for the spread of Zhuism.
