| 摘 要： | 为适应杜会发展的需要，以现代信息技术为主要教育手段的现代远程教育迅速兴起，极大地冲击和改变了传统的教育行为和理念。在教学管理方面，需要我们不断探索和思考更加灵活、新颖的管理方式。本文就现代远程教育教学管理的管理模式、教师的知识和教材的重构作一些探讨。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of modern distance education,which uses modern information technology as its main means, has brought about considerable changes to traditional education behaviour and ideology. As far as management of teaching is concerned, it's necessary for us to word out ways of management which are more flexible and up - to - date. This paper explores the management modes of modern distance education and reconstruction of teacher's knowl- edge and course materials. |
