新农村建设背景下的农民培训

在新的形势下,社会要稳定,关键在农村;农村要发展,主体是农民;农民要提高,关键靠教育。由于现行农民整体素质不高,农民知识化培训的任务十分繁重,而且迫切需要。本文结合巴中市李云一家培训的案例,运用人力资本形成理论从他们的年龄入手探索新农村建设背景下的不同年龄段农民培训模式。

A Study of the Peasants'' Training in the new Rural Construction

Currently the stability of the society mainly depends on the rural areas,and the peasants are the main group accounting for the agricultural development.Currently the key to raise the peasants' quality is education.Since the peasants' comprehensive quality is generally low,the training for peas- ants is of great importance.Based on the case study of a family in the Baizhong city,this paper holds that the peasants' training should be divided by the different age period according to the human capital theo- ries.
