中国共产党以人为本思想的理论依据及实现途径

中国共产党以人为本思想是马克思主义的基本观点,是对中国传统民本思想和西方人本主义的批判借鉴,是全面建设小康社会的实践起点,是对我国社会主义兴衰历史经验的科学总结,是社会主义的本质要求和坚持中国共产党一以贯之“为民”宗旨的新要求。当前贯彻落实以人为本的思想还存在着政治性、经济性、社会性、文化性等方面的制约因素。因而,全面贯彻落实中国共产党以人为本思想,要着力克服妨害以人为本思想的观念和制度,不断拓宽以人为本思想的实现形式,将以人为本思想具体化为执政为民的实践,并贯穿于加强执政能力建设的全过程,树立科学的执政观,努力不断推进社会主义和谐社会建设。

The Theoretical Proofs and Paths of Realizing Humanist Thought of Chinese Communist Party

The humanist thought of Chinese Communist Party(CCP) is the basic concept of Marxism.It is based on Chinese tradition thought and the critique model of the western humanism.It serves as the starting point of the practice of constructing well-off society,the summary of the history of socialism and the new requirement,and the purpose persistently held by CCP.At present,in the process of practicing the humanist thought exist the restricting elements in politics,economy,society and culture etc.Thus,in order to realize comprehensively this thought,it's necessary to overcome the hampering concepts or systems,broaden the practicing forms,work the thought out into the practices of "ruling for people" in the entire process of strengthening the power of ruling,set up a scientific concept of ruling,so as to push forward steadily the construction of socialism and harmonious society.
