| 摘 要： | 师专学生团干部的存在问题主要表现为:大一年级的生疏、自以为是、冷热病;大二年级的工作与学业不协调的不良示范;大三年级的不想干,没心情。这些问题必须通过团干部队伍的优化建设来解决。对学校团委而言,应加强领导,组建学生团干部骨干队伍;坚持“热情爱护、严格要求”的培养方针、实现学生团干部选拔培训的公开化、制度化。对学生团干部而言,则要加强理论学习以武装思想;处理好“工作”与“班”两个集体的关系;强化团干部主体意识;培养开放竞争创新精神;加强社会实践;倡导团队精神;积极做好服务。

| Abstract: | At the present time,there are still s ome problems in the contingent of stu dent League cadres.These problems need to be settled by the optimizatio n of the contingent.The school Leagu e committee should strengthen leadership,do a better job of training and selecting student League cadres,make the cadr es training and selection open,demo cratic and institutionalized so as to form the b ackbone of the student League cadre c ontingent.And student League cadre s must pay more attention to theory study,enhance t he awareness of League cadres as subj ect,take an active part in social pra ctice,etc. |
