长株潭建设“两型农业”的障碍因素分析

发展长株潭“两型农业”具有重要意义，它不仅可以解决生态环境问题和缓解资源约束，也可以增加农民收入和促进农村社会和谐发展，还可以为全省乃至全国“两型农业”的建设和发展提供经验。文章从城乡污染、工农业资源争夺、农业式微、农业结构滞后和农业行政管理壁垒等方面分析了长株潭“两型农业”发展的障碍因素，并提出了排除障碍、推进长株潭“两型农业”的具体实现方法。

On the Barriers of"Two Types of Agriculture"Building in CZT

The development of two orientations of agriculture in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan （CZT）is of great significance, it not only can solve the problem of ecological environment and mitigate resource constraints, also can increase the income of the farmers and promote the harmonious development of rural society, and also provide the experience of ＂two orientations of agriculture＂ building and development for the whole province and even the country. This article analyzed the obstacles factors of the development of two orientations of agriculture in CZT from five aspects about pollution in cities and rural, industrial and agricultural scramble for resources, wake of agriculture and adjustment staging of agricultural structure, at last we put forward the specific implementation methods to clear the obstacles and promote development of two types of agriculture in CZT.
