编辑心理健康问题的研究与考量

关于编辑的心理健康问题,目前,学界的理论研究主要集中在编辑心理健康标准的确立、心理健康问题解决途径的探讨方面;实证研究主要集中在对不同地域、不同编辑群体的心理健康现状的调查分析等方面.综观这些研究,尽管研究成果不少,但存在着研究成果与现实应用之间的不平衡,以及研究方向、研究重点与现实状况的脱节问题.从现实的角度进行考量,编辑应提高认知水平,重视心理健康问题;尤其是对体制转变引发的身份焦虑、市场原则造成的角色矛盾、创新精神导致的挫败心理、技术应用带来的观念挑战等转型期新出现的心理健康问题应该重视.
