| 摘 要： | 高校管理有别于企业、商业管理,也有别于政府机关的行政管理,其管理过程所遵循的共性规律是“运行机制”。本文阐述高校管理过程的保障机制、运行机制、整体优化机制、效能机制,并结合实际例证说明在高校管理过程中建立适宜运行机制的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The management is not only different from the management of the enterprise and the commercial department, but also different from the management of the administrative department of the government administration, but it's familiar with the latter and the common rule of the process of the management is the operating mechanism. The author states the guarantee system, operating system, whole optimizing system and the effect system of the process of the management of higher school aod tries to state the important meaning of constructing the suitable operating system in the process of management of higher school combing the practice of the work. |
