国有企业资产重组对职工的思想碰撞与对策

摘    要:国有企业资产重组给职工带来了巨大的思想碰撞。员工,尤其是中年员工承受着来自心理、生理与环境的多重压力,并转为资产重组的阻力。为确保国企资产重组渠道顺畅,我们必须大造舆论,进行形势和危机意识教育;在技能培训与思想培训中抓好企业文化建设;营造宽松的转岗分流环境;贯彻尊重人、关心人、爱护人的原则,重视思想政治工作队伍建设。

Abstract:The recomposition of assets in SOEs has exerted a powerful impat on the workers' ideas.The workers,especially the middle- aged workers,have to be under heavy pressure from psychology,physiology and environment,which may change into resistance.In order to carry out the recomposition of assets smoothly,we must conduct situational education among the workers,put more efforts into the enterprise's cultural development and attach great importance to cultivating a contingent of qualified ideological and political workers.
