摘    要:知识经济将对传统的电视管理理念、管理手段、人才观念和经济核算与分配办法等产生强烈的冲击。未来电视生产力的提升 ,必须对传统的思维方式和管理模式进行反思与批判、结构重组与功能再造 ,创新管理系统 ,构建以人为本的人才资源管理、价值链的系统管理、全局性和竞争性的战略管理、科学高效的内部管理和有效合理的资源配置管理模式 ,促进电视传媒管理向知识型管理演进。

Abstract:Knowledge economy is a new economy form built on th e production, assig nment and use of knowledge and information, which certainly makes great effect o n 20th-century-formed television media system and its moving mechanism, and at t he same time strong attack on the content, practice, and model of traditional te levision management. Promotion of future television productivity depends on cons tructing a new model of television management to adapt knowledge economy. Thus, traditional thinking mode and managerial model should be criticized. By structur al regrouping and functional reengineering on more profound basis, and combining , innovating management system project again, a new model should boost televisio n media into modernization management, and aim to the development of all-around knowledge management.
