浅论辩证法在国际教育教学管理中的应用

摘    要:国际教育教学承担着提升教育质量、培养国际化人才的重大责任。坚持辩证法原则,就要确立以教学工作为中心,以招生和就业工作为基本点,招生和就业工作围绕教学工作服务的工作思路。在国际教育教学中,坚持形式与内容相统一,就要不断革新教学内容方法,增强教学实效性;坚持普遍性与特殊性相统一,就要深入研究国际教育学院的教学特殊规律,增强工作的针对性;坚持两点论与重点论相统一,必须认清国际教育教学工作的复杂性,增强工作原则性和灵活性。

Abstract:International education teaching undertakes big responsibility of improving education quality and cultivating internationalized talents. Adhering to the principle of dialectics, the general guiding principle should be set up that put teaching work as the center; and recruiting and employment work as the basic points which serve teaching work. For international education, in order to achieve the unity of form and content, it is necessary to constantly keep reform in teaching content and methods and improving teaching effectiveness. Meanwhile, to achieve the unity of universality and particularity, it is necessary to lucubrate in the particular law in international education teaching and emphasizing clear aim in work. Last but not least, it is necessary to identify the complexity in international education teaching and increasing principle-oriented and flexibility in work.
