| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产如何保护,已引起许多学科探讨,笔者认为,对传承载体--人的关注是基础.本文以当今吴桥杂技后备人才为研究对象,在近半年的田野调查的基础上,采用社会学、人口学方法,对其构成情况进行了统计分析.研究表明,随着时代的发展和社会的变迁,吴桥杂技后备人才构成发生了变化,来源地在扩大,人员构成趋于多样化.这就要求在保护杂技和其他非物质文化遗产时,根据新变化,采取相应的保护措施.
