| 摘 要： | 经营城市是社会主义市场经济条件下 ,全面建设小康社会的全新理念。本文以经营城市的内涵为出发点 ,探讨了经营城市的市场特征 ,分析了政府实施经营城市战略的意义 ,在此基础上 ,阐述了政府实施该战略需防范的几点错误倾向。
