| 摘 要： | 《共产党宣言》已经发表一百五十多年了。一百五十年来 ,国际风云变幻 ,政治、经济格局发生了翻天覆地的变化。《共产党宣言》中马克思、恩格斯关于法的本质的科学论断却没有随历史沉沦 ,在人类历史迈入二十一世纪的今天 ,仍具有强大的生命力 ,仍是现实社会关于法的本质的理论依据

| Abstract: | The Declaration of Communist Party has been published for 150 years.In the past years, great changes have taken place in the world political and economic fields. The scientific judgement on the essence of law made by Marx and Engels in The Declaration of Communist Party has not been overdue. It is still the solid basis of the law, and still shows great vitality in reality. |
