| 摘 要： | 政府是支持科学技术发展的强大动力，对科学研究的财政支出逐年增加。而公众对科学技术研究的经费使用问题，常有质疑的声音。我们通过问卷调查发现，社会公众对科学技术发展热情很高，认为海洋科技是应重点投入的领域。社会公众愿意为科学技术，尤其是海洋科技发展愿意提供的资金远高于实际相关科技领域所获得的经费，这表明，从公众角度来看，科学技术，尤其是海洋科技领域，还有较大的加大投资的空间。
