| 摘 要： | 滨海遗产具有极大的科学价值、审美价值和社会价值，目前我国对滨海遗产解说的研究基本没有涉及。滨海遗产具有科学性、地方性、完整性、真实性、大众性的特点，其空间布局可分为五个发展带，从遗产类型上又可分为自然遗产、文化遗产和非物质文化遗产三类，鉴于此，提出滨海遗产解说应把握的五大解说原则和四大解说策略。
