| 摘 要： | 作为时代的一个特征,重视并认清这个特征是非常重要的,只有这样我们才能对法学的研究有一个方向上的把握,因为全球化的时代特征决定了我们的法学研究。在这样前提下的研究与探索,才不会出现理论与实践的脱离,才能切实地为我们的实践提供理论支撑。这篇论文将在广泛的全球化问题中简要探讨以下几个问题:全球化释义;全球化与民族—国家;全球化对法学研究的影响。
