| 摘 要： | 高校是党和国家的人才培养基地与思想舆论阵地,高校党的建设在全国党的建设中占有重要的地位。高校党组织建设是高校党的建设的重要内容和核心环节。分析和研究新形势下高校党组织建设面临的诸多问题,探索高校党组织建设的特点和规律,思考加强和改进高校党组织建设的新办法、新途径,对于加强高校党的建设,推动高校的改革与发展,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。
