| Abstract: | Overall planning of the urban and rural developments is one of the most important measures to carry out the scientific development concept. On the basis of analysing and studying the present state and cause of development gap between cities and countries in China, the present paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures for overall planning of the urban and rural development and for the narrawing of the gap between cities and the countryside. |
