| Abstract: | When our vision grows beyond the border of nations,the first thing we encounter in legal development is the issue of the globalization of law.As the trend of globalization sweeps over every corner of the earth with an irresistible power,it brings not only a strong motive power and a valuable opportunity but also many new issues for the development of law.The common interest of the whole human race,as the most important of all research subjects,invites prominent attention. |
