基于DSP的工业平缝机伺服控制系统

摘    要:以工业平缝机伺服控制系统为研究对象,基于永磁同步电机数学模型和磁场定向控制原理,提出了一种基于DSP芯片MC56F8255的伺服控制系统。对系统整体控制方案进行了分析,设计了驱动电路、信号检测电路等,完成了M/T测速法、积分分离PID控制算法等软件开发。仿真与实验结果表明,该伺服控制系统响应速度快、超调量小、稳态精度高。

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to investigate the servo control system for industrial sewing machine. By taking theindustrial sewing machine as the research object, based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronousmotor (PMSM) and field-oriented control principle, a servo control system of PMSM based on DSP chip MC56F8255was put forward. The whole control scheme of the system was analyzed, emphatically introduced the hardware circuitdesign and software design method, such as the driving circuit, signal detection circuit. M/T velocity calculation,integral separation PID control algorithm and so on. The simulation experimental results show that the servo controlsystem has fast response speed, small overshoot and high stable precision.
