乌克兰语言政策探析

独立以后,乌克兰推行了"乌克兰化"的语言政策,通过一系列语言法令提高乌克兰语地位并扩大其使用范围,同时积极打压和排挤俄语。通过对教育、大众传媒、公文事物和日常生活领域语言状况的分析可以看出,乌克兰的语言政策与语言现实存在明显的不对称性。由于乌克兰语言现状具有相对稳定性特定,因此,制定兼顾双语现实的语言政策并不是没有可能,但由于其语言政策意识形态化、影响因素多的特点,这一构想的实现还需要一个漫长的过程。

Studies on contemporary language policies of Ukraine

Ukraine has implemented a series of language policies characterized by Ukrainization,which aims to improve the status and scope of Ukraine usage while crowding out Russian.Analysis on the conditions of education,mass media,public affairs as well as daily life indicates that asymmetry exists between Ukraine languages policies and reality.It is possible to issue language policies favoring the co-existence of the two languages due to the stability of Ukraine language reality,but it still has a long way to go because it is influenced by abundant factors including ideology.
