| 摘 要： | 在学术界,从印刷媒体学术刊物到网络版学术刊物的发展是刊物发展的必然之路,从印刷版学术期刊到网络版学术期刊,有效地降低了传播成本,扩大了信息覆盖面。目前我国的网络期刊发展极不平衡,行业、种类之间差异极大,提高发展网络传媒的自觉性,制定切实可行的发展战略是当务之急。

| Abstract: | In the Academic circles, the development of academic periodicals from their printed edition to the online edition is the inevitable way for them to take. This edition-to-edition transition effectively decreases the cost of dissemination and increases the coverage of information. Currently, the development of the online-edition periodicals is extremely ill-balanced and there is a great discrepancy in different trades and different categories and therefore, it is a task of top-priority to enhance the consciousness to develop online media and formulate practical strategies of development. |
