| 摘 要： | 中国劳动力市场呈现出非饱和式过剩的现象,就业和失业问题一直备受关注,随着经济的日益增长,这些问题也日渐突出,劳动供给和需求的失衡导致了劳动力市场的非均衡状态。劳动供给远远超过需求,造成失业的问题。同时存在劳动力的流动,劳动力在不同地理区域和不同的工作岗位之间迁移和流动。

| Abstract: | Chinese labor market is non-saturated-excess of,employment and the unemployment problem has always been of concern.With the economy growing,these problems have become increasingly prominent.Labor supply and demand imbalance in the labor market led to the non-equilibrium state.Labor supply far exceeded demand,causing unemployment problem.The existence of the labor movement,labor in different geographical regions and different posts between migration and mobility.This allocation of labor can make workers and consumers to maximize the meet. |
