| 摘 要： | 大力推进廉政文化建设,是从根本上解决腐败问题的反腐倡廉基础工程,是促进社会和谐发展的民心工程,是社会主义先进文化建设的重点工程,是传承优秀文化、增强民族凝聚力的民族工程,廉政文化建设是一个复杂的系统工程,从舆论体系、思想体系、道德体系、教育体系、管理体系、法制体系等六个方面作了廉政文化建设的体系分析。

| Abstract: | The battle against corruption is a political and cultural task.Promoting the construction of an honest and clean government is a task essential to putting a brake on corruption,a task to win the heart of people,to promote the harmonious development of the society as well as a national task that inherits the fine traditions and strengthens the national cohesion.The construction of an honest and clean government is a complicated systematic project.This paper analyzes the system of an honest and clean government from the six aspects of public opinion system,ideology system,morality system,education system,management system and law system. |
