| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校档案利用、开发不足的问题,本文在分析高校档案特点、管理中的问题以及用户需求特点基础上,提出了高校档案增值服务的概念,通过对高校档案的数字化处理、分析和挖掘,建立基于历史记录和知识资源的档案信息增值服务,发挥高校档案真实性、可靠性和科学性的特点,为用户提供专业化、针对性的档案信息增值服务,提高高校档案利用率,发挥高校档案在学校教学、科研、管理和学校文化建设中的重要作用.

| Abstract: | In view of current inadequate utilization and development of university archives,the study analyses the characteristics,management issues and user needs of university archives,and puts forward the concept of value-added service.Under the concept,we can provide users with professional and personalized value-added information service of files on the foundation of historical records and knowledge resources based on the digital processing,analysis and cultivation of university archives.It takes full advantage of authentic,reliable and scientific characteristics of university archives,improves its utilization ratio,and will help university archives play more important role in teaching,scientific research,management and university culture construction. |
