从"场"经济圈理论看我国开发区未来走势

"场"经济圈来源于各种生产要素和经济主体在空间的聚集与扩散."场"效应所形成的经济圈,大至一个城市,小到一个园区所表现出的聚集扩散规律是经济学研究的一项重要内容.本文从寿命周期的角度对场经济圈的形成和发展与衰退规律做理论的综述和分析,强调我国各类开发区一种特殊形态的"场"效应经济.指出我国开发区形成的"场"效应主要是依靠政府的制度性要素,如低廉的土地价格与转让方式、特殊的政策优惠与准入制度.这种脱离产业自发聚集的"飞地"式经济圈缺乏长久的生命力.在国际比较中得出我国的开发区已完成了工业化城区化的聚集使命,城市化和特色化的产业小园区将是我国开发区发展的方向的结论.

Perspectives of developing trend of Chinese development zones from theory of "Field' Economic Rim

"Field" Economic Rim originated from the clustering and diffusion of various kinds of production elements and economic subject in space. It is an important subject to study the economic rim formed by "field" effect, namely, the clustering and diffusion rules adopted by all kinds of areas, either a big city or a small industrial zone. The paper summarizes and analyses the formation, the development and the declination of the "Field" Economic Rim, and emphasizes a particular "Field" Economic Rim in various Chinese development zones. In addition, it points out that the "Field" Economic Rim in Chinese development zones mainly relies on the regulations set by the government, e.g. cheap land price, special incentives and registration systems. The separate-styled economic rim deviating the development principles of industries can not last long. It comes to the conclusion that Chinese development zones have completed the task of industrialization and urbanization clustering, and building urbanized and characteristic zones is the developing trend.
