营建泛东北亚流通平台加速河北沿海经济隆起

随着全球范围的技术东进和中国境内的南资北移,着力增强沿海经济、全力建设沿海经济隆起带就成为新时期河北经济发展的必然选择。为此,在东北亚经济圈的广阔视野中,探讨如何充分发挥商品流通的作用对于加速河北沿海经济隆起至关重要。以"泛东北亚流通平台"为基准,营建覆盖整个东北亚板块的新型商品流通体系与运行机制,充分利用河北雄据东北亚经济圈关键地带的有利条件,大力推动外向型商品流通发展。加速河北沿海经济隆起,不仅形成东北亚经济圈西部的关键一环,而且利用东北亚经济圈的资源集聚和市场拓展,亦可进一步加快河北沿海经济隆起带建设。

Establishing Pan Northeast Asia Commodity Circulation Platform to Accelerate Burgeoning of Hebei Coastal Economy

Along with the worldwide Asia-oriented technology transfer and the capital flow from the South to the North in China,it has become the necessary choice of Hebei Province in China to strengthen the coastal economy and to establish the coastal economic belt in the new era.In doing so,studies how to exert the important role of commodity circulation in order to accelerate the burgeoning of coastal economic belt in Hebei Province in commodity circulation perspective.This paper introduces"Pan Northeast Asia Commodity Circulation Platform",which means the establishment of the new commodity circulation system and operating mechanism that covers the whole Northeast Asia based on tangible and intangible platforms.
