| 摘 要： | 市民的政治参与程度是衡量城市现代化的重要指标之一。文章通过对1 92 7— 1 93 7年间南京城市社团组织的考察 ,对城市市民参政的动因、主要形式及预期目的进行了规律性的探讨。文章运用大量史料 ,试图透过对具体历史条件下历史事件的分析 ,挖掘在民国这个特定的历史时期 ,市民参政意识对城市近代化发展的作用和影响 ,以及市民参政终究难以实现的真实原因

| Abstract: | The citizens' participation in politics is one of the primary norms of city modernization. This paper approached regularly the causes, the forms and tentative purposes of citizens' participation by way of the observation on Nanjing city community from 1927 through 1937. This paper finds out the role of citizens' participation and its influence on urban modernization, the actual causes of their failure to participate , by making good use of historical data and analyzing the historical events under the specific historical conditions. |
