| 摘 要： | 本文在回顾供应链研究发展的基础上，提出对供应链、供应链管理概念的再认识，进而对目前供应链管理中的几个热点问题包括库存管理、物流系统规划、信息共享、战略伙伴关系管理、绩效评估等的发展现状进行较为深入的探讨，最后结合供应链所处的现代环境，提出绿色供应链、敏捷供应链和基于电子商务的供应链等三个供应链管理的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Based on the review of supply chain research development , this paper raised the rethoughts of supply chain and supply chain concept. This paper further discussed several hot issues of the current supply chain management , such as inventory management,logistics systems planning,information sharing, strategic partnership relationship management, performance evaluation status of the development. Finally with the combination of modern environment of supply chain, the developmental trend of green supply chain,agile supply chain and the supply chain based on e-commerce was put forward in this paper. |
