摘    要:针对传统网络购物消费者感官体验失真这一困局,引入物联网镜像体验购物场景,并将其划分为五觉镜像化和五觉镜像体验两个子过程。基于该场景构建物联网镜像体验购物的数理模型,并以触觉为例,演示物联网在线购物触觉体验的实现框架及技术支撑。研究发现:商品五觉镜像化转换为商品五觉镜像体验的过程存在技术误差;物联网购物将在线体验维度由“视听”二觉扩大到“视听触嗅味”五觉,同时降低了体验灰度,从而使消费者在线购物体验更接近于实体店购物;物联网镜像体验购物要运用智能传感装置采集商品五觉信息,再将商品五觉信息解析为电子数据上传到网络,并在网络中汇聚为商品的五觉镜像,最终还原传导至消费者佩戴的穿戴设备,让消费者远程体验到商品的五觉属性。

Abstract:Aiming at the distortion of consumer sensory experience in traditional online shopping, the IoT mirror experience shopping scenario is introduced, and it is divided into two sub-processes:five-sense mirroring and five-sense mirroring experience. Based on this scenario, a mathematical model of IoT mirroring experience shopping is built. Taking the sense of touch as an example, the implementation framework and technical path of the touch experience of IoT online shopping are demonstrated. The research found that there were technical errors in the process of five-sense mirroring transformation into five-sense mirroring experience. Internet of Things shopping improves the online experience dimension from "audio-visual" two senses to "visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory and gustatory" five senses, and also reduces the experience gray, so that online shopping experience is closer to the shopping in physical stores. IoT mirroring experience shopping requires the use of intelligent sensor devices to collect the five-sense information of commodities, and then analyze these information into electronic data and upload it to the network, and converge it into the five-sense mirror of commodities in the network, and finally transmit it to the wearable devices worn by consumers, so that consumers can remotely experience the five-sense attributes of commodities.
