加强高校思想政治教育队伍建设对策研究

文章针对高校思想政治教育队伍建设的现状与存在的问题进行对策研究,提出加强大学生思想政治工作队伍建设要在理顺机制、严格选拔、强化培训、明确职责、完善激励、长远规划以及建设兼职队伍等七个方面下工夫,努力使大学生思想政治教育工作队伍实力进一步提高、活力进一步增强,为高校思想政治教育工作的开展提供坚强的组织保证.

The study on countermeasures of building an ideological and political education team in higher institutions

This paper makes a study on some countermeasures about the status quo and problems in the work of building an ideological and political team at college.Then the paper puts forward seven suggestions to improve the work,namely,straightening out the mechanism,tightening the selection strictly,strengthening the work of training,clarifying responsibility and improving incentives,long-term planning and building a part-time team.On the basis of the countermeasures given,it is hoped that the team of ideological and political education will be further improved and strengthened so as to provide a sure guarantee for a better job in this respect.
