| Abstract: | The particular reasons for bringing about the corruptions in China are due to the transformational substitution of two systems, the undeveloped mechanism of market, the untimely legislation of the laws appropriate to the real situation, the big problems in the execution of some laws, and the ineffective supervision and balance of the political powers, and the bad desire of people. |
