| 摘 要： | 汉代的赦宥制度在实施过程中深受儒家阴阳思想的影响,在这一思想影响下,赦宥之举(尤其是大赦)可以为皇帝修德补过,达到“荡涤秽恶”、“与民更始”,从而协调天地阴阳之气以致庆的目的,其德政的功用因此得到了充分的表现。

| Abstract: | Under the influence of the Confucian conception of yin-yang,pardon system was practiced in the Han Dynasty.The pardon system,especially general pardon,can help emperors accumulate merits and virtues,make amends for their faults so that the end is achieved of eliminating evil,starting new life for their people and thus harmonizing Yin with Yang of the world and the function of emperors' benevolent rule is given a full expression. |
