| Abstract: | Relying on efficient and practical training model is the key to improving the quality of national defense training.Strengthening organization and leadership,integrating the human resources and improving the modern management level are the important content of establishing the scientific,efficient and practical training model.They are the important approaches to innovating the talents training pattern and improving the training quality of national defense quality based on the real condition of colleges and the needs of troops. |
